ABC Wellness Center: Commitment to Affordable, High-Quality Care

At ABC Wellness Center, we believe in making wellness care accessible to all families by maintaining a pricing structure that fits various budgets. Beginning January 1, 2025, we will transition to a cash-based practice as part of our commitment to delivering the highest quality care. This shift allows us to focus on direct, personalized treatment without the limitations imposed by insurance providers.

What This Means for You

  • Medicare Patients: If you have straight Medicare or Medicare with a supplement, your coverage and our processes will remain unchanged.
  • Other Insurance Policies: We will no longer submit claims to insurance for reimbursement. However, we are happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance provider.
  • Payment at Time of Service: Fees for affected patients will be collected at the time of each visit.

Fee Schedule

  • New Patient Appointment – $130
  • Adjustment – $50
  • Returning Patient Re-Evaluation – $75
  • New Patient Therapy – $40
  • Therapy – $15
  • Work/College/Sports Physical – $55
  • New Patient Nutritional Counseling – $35
  • Nutritional Counseling – $20
  • Nutrition Consultation – No Charge

Wellness Packages & Bundles

  • New Patient Cash Wellness Package – $100

    • Includes a consultation, exam, and personalized treatment
    • Plus one follow-up visit at no additional charge

  • Cash Patient Wellness Package – $100

    • For existing patients, includes three visits

  • Therapy Bundle – $30

    • For existing patients, includes three therapy visits
    • Therapy may include cold laser, BEMER, TENS, or BioMat treatments

Payment Options

We accept cash, check, credit, and debit cards. Additionally, we offer a discount program through ChiroHealthUSA, which provides savings on service fees and retail purchases for you and your family.
